Not necessarily. For exterior services like pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning and exterior window cleaning, we can usually complete the job without you being home as long as we have access to the areas required.
Yes — we always send a message or call ahead to let you know we're on our way.
Payment is due on completion of the job. We'll send you an invoice once the work is done.

Yes — we offer both exterior only and inside and out window cleaning packages.
Yes — track cleaning is available as an add-on service. Tracks can get surprisingly dirty over time and we recommend having them cleaned alongside your window clean for the best overall result. Contact us for pricing.
Every home is different. If the flyscreens are straightforward to handle and there aren't too many on the job, we generally won't charge extra for them. However if there are a large number of flyscreens or they are particularly tricky to remove and reinstall, a small per-screen charge will apply. We will always let you know upfront before starting the work if this is the case.
Light rain or drizzle doesn't affect the quality of our window cleaning — your windows will still come out sparkling clean. However if there is heavy rain forecast we may need to reschedule. We will always contact you in advance if this is the case.
